17" Primax 925 Wheels on 4th Gen

What do u guys think about these rims on a pearl white 4th gen?



They are on Sumitomo HTR+ 215/50 tires.

Use 225/45 tires. I like 5-spokes, they will probly look nice.

17"x7" wheels, you could go a few sizes with the tires you've mentioned.
225/45-17, 235/40-17, or 235/45-17 are available via Tirerack. I'd probably go with the 235/45's for your area.

based on my calculations using the tire profile as 50%, I get the most profile out of a 215/50.....

thanks tho.

Yeah, if cushioning is what you crave, then that size works. But IMHO, the sidewall will be big and the width will be small, which will look funny and handle worse than a 45 profile w/ a wider width.
