What does high-disk normal-disk low-disk mean?

I've see these terms when browsing various wheel sites... what exactly does it mean?

I'm not 100% on the definitions, but I was able to find a couple of threads on the NSX forums which talk about these applications in regards to wheel offsets.

Yes, that makes it perfectly clear. I had always figured it had something to do with caliper clearance, but most of the wheel sites I see it on are all in Japanese so it's tough to figure out exactly what they're talking about. Thanks for your help.
