245/45/18 on 8" Wheels, Rub?
Heres the deal, i'm on 235/40/18 right now.

I want to go up to 245/45/18, living in NY i just don't wanna bend a wheel. and i want a slightly more comfortable ride. i've looked for 235/45/18 and they isn't a lot of choices. i want more side wall to absorb the road. i'm worried that 245/45/18 will rub, but wanted to know if anyone is getting away with them.

Also i'm lowered on H&R's

I have 245/40/18 but on 8.5" rims with eibachs (minimal drop) NO RUBBING! but close! I've got a feeling with 45's you will rub being with a lower spring. I went with the Toyo Proxes 4 incredible tire!

I had 7.5 inch wheels on 245/45/18's. No rubbing. Also lowered about 2 inches on JIC's. I have them for sale right now. Trying to get 250 for them. Good condition. Let me know.
