As the title says, how do you guys like the stock tires that come on your cars?? Pretty sure the tires are the Goodyear RS-A's (as thats what i am looking to put on my rims). How are they overall, in rain, snow or whatever. Any info you can give me would be greatly appr.
Thanx

They rate a 3 out of 10. You gotta have something on your rims while you wait for good tires to get ordered in.

I am still running the Goodyear Eagle RSAs that came with the car when new (56,600 miles on them) and they should last another 5,000 miles or so of mainly highway driving. I don't have a problem with them. Many people complain about their performance in the rain. I live in a suburb of Vancouver, BC and we get lots of rain. Personally, I have never had a problem with them hydroplaning, spinning etc. However if you get on www.tirerack.com you will see that they are rated way down the list by owners. Because I am restricted on choice as I am still using my stock 15" sawblades I intend to replace them with BF Goodrich Traction TAs - which are rated higher in traction (dry, wet or snow), handling, noise etc. and are rated at 100,000 kilometres (60,000 miles plus). The RSAs are also expensive. Get on tirerack and check it out for your wheel size. I think you will find there are better alternatives than the Goodyear RSAs.
