'04 SL rims on a '90 SE... will they work?

Will '04 rims 18x9 (6-spoke design) fit on a '90 SE without spacers or modifications w/ 245/45/18 main-brand tires?

Rims are in excellent condition w/ a few thousand left on the tread... what's a fair price range to offer?

Thanks in advance for the help.

They'll fit fine... I just sold a set of 19's with 255-40-19 and they didnt rub a bit. The overall tire from top of tread to bottom of tire was 26.5"

Hope this helps

Mike
