Offset Question on 18's

Hey, I have a 99 maxima and I'm going to get some 18x7.5" rims.

I would like the rims to sit close to the fenders, as opposed to the stock wheels which are far inside the wheel well. I am planning on going with a 35+ offset. Will this make the rims too far out so that they will rub the fenders?

Or will the still sit inside to the point where I need spacers?
