Free Garmin Nuvi 40 series (around 2018) portable Navigation. It won't turn on for some reason. Maybe someone can get it to turn on? Needs to be updated. (Just hook up a usb cable to a pc or laptop and follow the directions) Manuals come with it, including the new usb cable charger that came with this navi,(bottom pic) as well as the windshield suction device.
