UDP Causing Bad Engine Timing??

Here is the problem, my car is having trouble starting, hot or cold and having a rough idle. I have gone down the list with Injectors, MAF Sensor, Spark plugs, Coils, Relays, Starter, Battery, Etc... So, now my last option is Cam sensor or crank sensors. I do not know if my car is doing this because of my UNORTHODOX underdrive pulley. It never did this before when I installed it. Ran well for about 2 months. So, I do not know if it is those sensors or the UDP. It might even be that my chain jumped a link. Any Help please............

It's been well documented that some UDP's have miscut timing rings that cause poor performance and hard starts.
