Maxima 2011 - Quarter panel replace or repair?

Hello,

I really need an opinion from this community. Basically I had a fender-bender, other guy's fault was established and I'm in talk with his insurance company to get fixed, but they are insisting to repair instead of replacing quarter panel...

What do you think?

Thank you in advance.

You need to click links below to see larger pics. Sorry, I couldn't figure out a better way to show hi res images.

it's going to be a repair from the insurance point of view. it's definitely repairable.

you can try and insist on replace but not sure if they will pay for it.
