This by far has been the best of all (documented & undocumented) transactions that I have had on the org. Although, due to unforeseen circumstances and conflicting schedules our transaction took a few months. Sean was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kept me informed through every step of the process. This transaction and this gentleman should serve as blueprint as to how to conduct transactions. The org could use more people like Sean. I wish you nothing but the best with the beamer.
