a 5th gen with most bolt ons ran a 14.8x as his best time

Dave his first time at the track ran a 16.2 before he left.... not sure about johnathan, it wasnt that great of a night as far as times, even though it was nice that like 20-30% of the cars that were tehre were faster than 10 seconds..... i.e. random funny cars haha

Its at least ONE reason, not sure if it is THE reason or not? Change them and run again. Good Luck

Weather conditions might have been a factor too. Was it humid? Also, if that 14.8 was a 5spd, and he has a Y-pipe and Intake at least, then he is a little off of where he should be too.

This also all depends on the altitiude of the track. Could be a normal time??

I think altitude is near sea level, the 5th gen has a y pipe, intake, upgraded fuel pump, ignition, stillen muffler and random tech cat. he ran a 14.8 and a 15.04. It didnt feel that humid but i think that it was so cold that my tires wouldnt catch.... Normally during the summer at this track I could hit 2.3 60's with no prob... gawd i hate my car
