Good luck fitting 15" wheels on your '02, they didn't fit on mine. The dust shield for the rotors scrapes the inside of the wheels.
Don't need luck I already have 15's with slicks that fit

uh-oh! Have you run them yet? I am just waiting for a cool day to go to the track again. I got a new air filter and did a tune-up and wanna see if I can best my time. I wish I had your torque to get off the line better. I am gonna get a prototque converter when I get some cash and see if I can get some 2.0x 60 ft times. I will probably need slicks then too.

Cool day? Aww come on, just go to the track, I'll be glad to meet you there. I never get enough.

BTW, I dynoed the GTP, how does 272 ft. lbs. of torque sound, at the wheels. I still haven't done anything new to it, since buying the RX7, but I may get a 3.25 pulley and PCM within the next couple of weeks.

I also ran my best 60 ft. with FWD ever, on street tires, 3 weeks ago. 1.997 on the RS-A's. The temps have been around 85-90 degrees the past few times out, but the track has been sticky. I also am now running in 1st and 2nd gear only, getting a little more m.p.h. as second revs a bit higher trhough the traps. The shift to third occurs just past the traps, as I start to slow. A GTP trick I learned from the clubgp guys.

Anyway, call Clint up and lets have another track meet.
