when you say drag truck do you mean a trailer queen all out drag truck because a 7.567 is not impressive at all. My Chevy II street car was quicker than that (around 7.1 to 7.3 depending on the heat) and I drove it to and from the track.

*edits original post* there are a few exceptions

but truthfully a relatively stock VG w/ auto tranny just won't get the job done!

Well, I should say that my VE ain't stock. My auto just has VB mod and tranny cooler, which isn't much. My VB mod just shaved one tenth off the 1/4 mile... BUT it's BY FAR the best mod I have. Until nitrous!

Sell the Max and buy a vette or viper ...... Or even the 280zx 350ci Chevy w/nitrous from the $2003 GRM Challenge

Quit whining about your drag times in a >10 year old 4 door sedan

Ah, if he could afford a Vette or Viper, wth would he be doing with a old arsed maxima in the 1st place?

If you are going to do a V8 swap, you do them in 240Zs. They are way lighter.

Donald, you want rare? Try a Mazda R100 w/ a triple rotor 20b.

IF I COULD AFFORD any of those...I'd just use that as a down payment on a R-34...

You mean....240SX right?
