I'm hoping we can keep this meet idea at attention here on the board up until the spring '04 NICO meet.
The meet will be big already and even better with more .org members.

Last time out for me was Sept 20th... I got this:
http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...13_27_full.jpg

Since I'm living in the frozen tundra, I have no opportunities to race for a while.

Plans for the spring:
V2 kit with stock pulley (brodaiga's old kit)
MEVI
JWT ECU
50 dry shot N2O
370cc injectors
z32 MAF
Walbro 255lph pump
Try to baby it

Plans for summer:
Swap pully for a 2.8
Swap pills for a 75 shot
Treat it like it talked bad about my mother

The whole track is rented for sure?? There is no way I would come down for a crowded test and tune session with a bunch of trailer queens.

Phoenix brand slicks?

Found these in my Summit catalog. Might be an alternative to the M&H slicks for 6" wide rims. Anybody know anything about Phoenix?

http://www.phoenixtire.com/TSpecs.htm

I was about to get some Millenia rims til I saw the tire prices. Maybe I'll just get some used street tires and soak em in traction treatment for now.

I recently ran a 14.3@96 in my 6th gen. I just installed my Injen CAI and will possibly be going to the track this weekend to see if this thing made any power.

I'm confused. You haven't been to the track, but you're running 13.61@103mph NA? What are your mods, which track, and can we see some slips?

Honestly this is the kinda time I expected a VQ maxima to hit with minor mods. It seems like stock they can run low to mid 14s with a decent driver and should dip into the 13s with a few mods. 13.6 sounds like a good time and I can believe it too.

Track conditions are a huge factor. My best is a 14.902 stock at the track we have been going to in the past. Other 3.5 Maxi's and 3.5 Altys have been getting 15.1's (all auto's by the way and stock as well). They don't seem to prep the track at all during T&T days there and humidity always seems to be 90% plus when we go.

Hopefully Clay City will be a better track in March with NICO. Time for me to go head to head with Cullen, Fez and Dane in his 350z....

I cant wait to head out to the track soon. Im in florida so its always open. Just been busy with school and work and lack of finances. Just got new tires, waiting for my new exhaust to get here and i'll hit the track. Im hoping for a 14.0-14.1@100+ with my current setup and mid 13s with slicks....

DNE will be heading to the track for a DNE Shootout on Feb 20th. I can't wait. There'll be SpecVs, Maximas, 240s, 350s and more racing at Ennis. I have 2 new mods so I am shooting for at least 14.5.

I can't wait!!!
