Intake, Y Pipe 02 Maxima SE Auto vs FX45

OK. Everyone else is doing it. Tracks aren't open yet, so I decided to throw this hypothetical out.

Has anyone raced an FX45? AWD, 315hp, etc etc etc.

My so called friend is convinced the FX45 would beat me by a couple car lengths in the 1/4.

Has anyone seen these in action at the track?? I'm thinking that in order for me to get beat by a couple car lengths, with a clean start, the FX45 has to run 14.40's at 96+ mph...I haven't seen one run yet, so I defer to you all.

Fernando.

I think they're good for about low-15's or maybe 15-flat at absolute best.

Well, I told him mag racing was bad, but he absolutely loves the Infiniti 4.5L V8, and thinks its gold in any Infiniti application (FX45, M45, Q45).

its too heavy to run 14's. It'll probly trap fairly fast, but too much weight for good ET

I saw that article you alluded to. If that's a good representation of what they are capable of running, well ouch!
