14.348 @ 100.25 mph - 2.246 60' - 2002 SE manual

Saturday, 3/21/04
Maryland International Raceway
~60 degrees, clear, low humidity

I had 6 runs, 4 trapped at 99 or higher. This one is my new PB which came on run #5.

R/T - .139
60' - 2.246
330' - 6.193
1/8 - 9.370
1/8 mph - 78.85
1000 - 12.073
1/4 - 14.348
1/4 mph - 100.25

Power Mods:
Injen intake w/Apexi power filter
UR UDP
Hyperground
Cattman Y
Cattman catback

Prep:
Had SES so I reset the ECU in the staging lane before my first run
Full interior
Removed spare
Dropped front pressure to 26psi
About 1/8th tank of gas

Launch:
Slipped the clutch at about 2600rpm
I think I need to let it out a little quicker

FYI, I'm car #738. Can't remember what I was up against cause it was gone so quick. I still have a lot of work to do on my launch but it's nice to break 100mph.

Good Lord. Does anyone notice the trend of fast cars running at Maryland? Take a good look over this forum when you get a chance. I'd love to run at that track.

Very nice times man! your traps show your making very nice top end power. Did you run the apexi filter with the injen when you first got the intake or were you running the injen filter?? Im going to swith the filters on my 04 because I heard the injen wasnt to good. Anyways just wandering if there was any noticable difference between the 2. Again nice runs and keep up the good work.

Thanks, guys. I was hoping for 13.999 so I'm a little disappointed. With that trap speed I should be able to get there but I've got to figure out the launch. Also, there may be little more power coming since I reset my ecu while staging for my first race and my traps were climbing all day.

Oh yeah. The kill list:
98+ Mustang GT that ran a 14.466 @ 98.23 to my 14.403 @ 99.69.
Integra that ran 15.225 @ 92.68 to my 14.403 @ 99.74.
Pontiac GT that ran 15.202 @91.45 to my 15.002 @ 97.99 (i had mad wheel hop)
Pontiac GTP that ran 14.527 @ 96.90 to my 14.632 @ 98.27 (i beat himto the end but only because i redlighted)

Glude - I ran the Injen filter for awhile. When I went to the Apexi it sounded a little better and I gained back some low end torque

Ceaser - Just noticed, with a 2.12 60' I think you need to give lessons on launching a manual.
