This was on 7.30.2004
Sunshine Dragstrip 1\8th mile track.
Tampa, FL
Car is stock, about 1\8th tank of gas, no spare and running with stock 16'' shopping cart wheels with 30psi. This was my best time out of 11 runs.
R/T----.569
60'----2.394
330'---6.494
1/8----9.862
mph----72.73
I raced many cars; beating a auto 95 Max gle, eclipse gst w\ 15psi on the turbo, mustang GT, mazda 3. Got beat only by a car length from a Cobra SVT (new body style). I was suprised how close I was, either my car is fast stock (Yes!), or the SVT's are slow (Yes!).
My old car was a 2000 honda civic, which ran a 11.8 1\8th mile, so this is a lil bit of an upgrade. HAIL VQ!
I am going to a 1\4 mile strip on saturday (10.30.2004) its close to tampa. Will update this on monday.

Very similar to my 1/8 mile times. The track I was running at sucks because there is no way you can avoid the water, so the best 60' I could get was 2.4. Times were mostly 9.9 at 73-74, so with a 2.2 I could probably hit a 9.5 or so. Also I have an SE fully loaded and 17's instead of 16. Good Job though
