Well... no 14s this year
R/T .547
60' 2.300
330 6.385
1/8 9.732 @ 71.84
1000 12.563
1/4 15.003 @ 91.78
Nothing in the trunk.
Toyo 800 215/60/R15 (a bit used) on stock 15" wheels
Half tank
LSD (Stock, it's a canadian spec)
Was up against a mustang 5.0 on that run. He ran 14.889 at 95.33 mph but his Reaction time was .667 on a .500 tree so I won. Other runs were 15.22 (1st), 15.24, 15.17, 15.07 (92.05, highest trap yet) and finally 15.00.
That is my second time at the track. Bought the car in August and ran 15.09@91.50 a week later on a Saturday on a really hot track prepped for the big guys with slicks (My dad was there with his 462ci '73 Firebird, ran 9.44@142.70. 1.29 '60... sick).
There is NOBODY on street weeknights (Wednesday and Friday). 17 cars total

Mike; Nope. It's stock.
It was the last day, beyond normal season anyway, normally ends in October. Officially closed last Saturday.
15.003 was its last run as a stock max. 3.5 swap + Cattman headers/catback this winter.

Awesome times dude considering your stock. Very nice too bad your getting rid of the 3.0. i am sure with ECU/MEVI, Y-pipe,Intake and Exhaust your car would be a low 14 second daily driver.
good luck with the swap
good luck with the swap

Thanks Mike. Should have gone more than twice. 60 hour weeks just killed me.
Methinks the run that had the most potential is the 15.07 one.
This is the 15.00 one:
R/T .547
60' 2.300
330 6.385
1/8 9.732 @ 71.84
1000 12.563
1/4 15.003 @ 91.78
Now the 15.07 one:
R/T .522
60' 2.264
330 6.298
1/8 9.640 @ 73.05
1000 12.643
1/4 15.073 @ 92.05
Something went wrong in the final 1/8, couldn't put my finger on it. It really got off the line on that run, it was mostly a fluke, since my other 60' were all 2.30, 2.32, 2.33 and 2.35. Temp was cold (mid-40s), and the car has been pulling hard in the last week or so, for some inexplicable damn reason.
I might go for the 3.0 upper end like Tilley did. In that case, it would be the same exact setup (Headers, Mevi, ECu, CAI and all) but with the extra torque and hp of a 3.5. I'm thinking, since headers take so long to install, might as well do both at the same time. I am waiting for Cattman to release their Hi flow cat (mine is over; he said he's expecting it to be ready by December) before doing the swap. Will buy the engine beforehand, though.
I would have replaced the knock sensor, but I will use the 3.5 knock instead so it wasn't worth buying one for 200$.
At least then I will hit 14s for sure

Forgot to mention I recently cleaned my throttle body, if that counts as a mod
Most of the cars on that night were slow honduhs with 1308473 watt systems and heavy *** 17's running anywhere from low 16's to high 18's (Yes, a modded car running high 18's). An early 90's Ford escort with a big "F O R D" sticker in the windshield and a giant aluminum wing.
As for the sub-15sec ones; There was the mustang (high 14's), a WRX (mid 14's), a modded GSR that was a tenth or two faster than me and the fastest car was a 91-94 Sentra that had every non-Nissan guy (I.e, everyone) scratching his head because it was running 13.5 at 104 mph.
