First time at track ;)

Ran a 15.4 my first time. Not bad, i would say....

I'll c if i can scan the slip, but its pretty faded...i guess they were running outa ink haha...

all i have is Stillen Y, PR CAI, DR mod, Ground kit (if it makes a difference lol), and the basic suspension work...

I never really look in here too much, but i guess its not too difficult to place the auto in the high 14s with these basic mods....

This was with my 18s on too...i think they are bout 21 lbs a peice? i cant member...

i think im hooked tho, i wana get 15.2

Try using your stock 15s if you still have them, that might shave off a a tenth to two tenths of a second off your time. Remove unnessary weight, spare, subs if you have then in, backseat, maybe passenger seat. What was your 60 foot time? By that info we will definatly know if there is room for improvement. With that setup you are looking at a 14.9, its been done, ive been one of the few that have with an auto 4th gen.....but I know many more org members can too. Its just a matter of preping their car correctly before the track, and launching their car off the line.

I had alot of spin off the line, i had no idea the track was that slick! The funniest thing was that i didnt take anything out of the car, not even my spare, jack, seats, NOTHING. As for my 15s....i have my stock tires on there i doubt they will grip very well, that and im about to get a bbk, so they wont even be able to go on anymore...

I wana hit it up again, and strip out the seats and everything i can just to pull of a nice time. I think i can get into 15.2 or below if i where to get my launches right, like i said i had no idea my tires would spin that much on the track... lol i cant even get them to spin that much on the street with my ebrake on! lol

if u guys r gettin 14.9 15.0 with these basic mods, wouldnt that mean u would need a 15.5 or so stock?

yet the fastest guy was deezo, that ran 15.6 bone stock

but most range 15.8-16.2 stock in auto 4th gen
