Drop resistor mod disables the drop resistor which forces your transmission to run full line pressure and shift very fast and very hard. It's free as you can disconnect the drop resistor just before you run at the track. Or, you can spend $5 and buy a normally closed switch so you can control when the DR is disabled. Read the 4th gen FAQs for more.

P.S. This will not help your ET unless you're putting down a serious amount of power (read: FI)
