went to track

So I went to the track today with pretty good conditions

Temperature: 64°F 18°C
Conditions: Fair
Winds: NNE 10 MPH NNE 16 KPH
Relative Humidity: 37%
Barometer: 29.91 Rising
Visibility: 10.00 Miles 16.09 Kilometers
Feels Like: 64°F

My best was (also my last)

r/t .122
60' 2.405<===pb
330 6.616
1/8 10.098
MPH 70.49
1/4 15.608
MPH 90.63

Last year when I had my auto maxima it went 16.5 and the best 60' I could get was a 2.6. So I'm pretty happy with the results. Also the track is at 4900ft, so with the correction just for elevation I would have run a 14.67.

yeah very hard to do. I tried alot of different launching techniques. I also dropped the pressure in my tire to about 25psi. I tried launching from 1800rpm to 3000rpm, 3k netted me my best 60, but was also at night time when it was cooler. Im happy for now but theres still room for improvement.

good times, especially for higher elevation. What is the correction for elevation? I'm running at 3,000+ (IIRC 3,6XXft) at my track.

Bro if you getting 2.5 60' then either, take it a little easy on the launch cause you spinning tires or just don't go full throttle right away.

Hard to explain about the 60 ft's here because our car's are down on power really bad a 14.9 is like a 13.9-14.1 ... and what he ran is good, with room for improvement, but I don't think a 2,2 is possible here w/o major modification or a different car ..
especially at these alts.

I lose 40whp here on my 03 ..

the correction factor here is for 4900ft and .9393 off of the et dunno about mph, im sure it would be in the mid 90's though. I might buy a pair of drag radials though and a safc before the next time i go.

Is there a different one for FWD cars at all? According to that link, my best of 1/4mile ET 15.312@90.086 it says I should be running 14.761@93.518mph at sea level, with my best trap at 95.443 mph stock...
