back when i ran my 5.5 gen max on the 1/8th i only ran a 9.8... only thing done was a magnaflow muffler and catalytic. i see some of these other max's running like high 8's and low 9's.... i know i wont be there pretty much stock but compared to other stock 5.5's is that descent?

i ran my uncle 02 gle auto 9.7 at the track. 2.3 60ft

 

is yours an auto? sounds a little bit slow, i was at 9.5 when my auto was stock, you probly just need a little practice.

 

Man I was running the same numbers on mine at first. Go back to the track and you will get better. The numbers will get lower with time.

 

im auto my 99 max use to run 10 flat with y-pipe and cat-back. keep going to same track over and over made me better driver. now i run 9.7 with 2.2 60ft... i use to have 2.3 2.4 60ft. keep practicing.
