Alignment for FWD Drag?

Getting my alignment done Monday. I have read some info on this. What I gather is zero camber for perfectly flat contact patch, zero caster and perfect thrust angle for no wheel friction. It has also been recomended that I set the car up exactly like I will run it, jack the back coil overs up and ask the slignment shop to lift the front end an couple of inches up with a jack when they align it to simulate the weight transfer. Do any of you guys have real world experiance on this or can you point me to a forum that I can find better info. Thanks.
