8.09@85.5 new best 1/8th mile
I was trying to go to the 1/4mile last night, but several people backed out so I ended up going to the 1/8th mile.

1.76-1.77 60 ft times seem to be the limit, I ran a bunch of them. That is leaving around 5000-5500rpm. Any higher rpm results in too much wheelspin and worse times. I haven't played with suspension and air pressure too much, but I don't want to leave much harder for fear of breaking stuff.
That 1/8th mile would have been a solid mid 12-second 1/4 mile.

wow iam very impressed
And can you give us a review on your feelings and how the car feels and responded to the cams you put in.
Are these the copy cat cams ? and how would you rate just regular driving with them
thanks

The car drives just fine during regular driving. I drive this car 40 miles a day to and from work with no issues, other than a little bucking at low rpms when you let off the gas and get back on it. There is a definate loss of torque with these cams, especially without doing the full 3.5 swap. My dyno is exactly what the car feels like, a dog down low and then comes on hard. These are the jwt knockoff cams.
with my calculator out, and my timeslips with 82 mph in the 1/8 th next to me,i would give you high 12's the best. you have a good 60 ft but your trap is just on the border. when i ran mid 13's i had a 2.2 60 ft and 80+mph traps at 1/8. your times are very good for n/a.

This 1/8th mile track mph's slower than others. I have actually trapped higher than that numerous times. Also, I ran a 12.9 on a 8.39 1/8th mile, so a 8.09 is definately a mid 12, not a high 12.

Using his 12.9 timeslip and the final 1/8th mph and ET's came out to a 12.68 @ 107.3 using his latest 1/8th mile slip.

There is no guessing what it would be if he ran a 8.09 1/8th, its no worse than a 12.70@107ish looking at his old timeslips. SC'ed Maximas always run more mph than there ET's show. I've had one of both and its an apples to oranges comparison.

His car will run 12.6's or faster with its current setup and I'd be willing to put some money on it.

the conversion factor is 1.55 to 1.57 times 1/8 time = 1/4 time - that holds true for a run that isn't botched up by a bunch of spinning or other ridiculousness or abnormalities in the run.
8.09 x 1.55 = 12.54
8.09 x 1.57 = 12.70
That car has a mid 12 in it without any doubt.
that's just from alot of wheelspin and/or bogging.

Ive trapped 85.36 mph in the 1/8 but my best time is a 8.8 :got me:
