First time @ track N/A 5.5 with SSV4
Personally, I've never run any car I've owned with open exhaust, they've all been street car so I ran them in pure street trim. Show up where I used to cruise with a time still on your side window that you got with open exhaust and you can't back it up with the exhaust back on the car.
I would look into a test pipe though. Our cars are old enough now that there has got to be at least some restriction in the main cat. Since that's how my car is on the street, I think that keeps me in the spirit of running in full street trim.
James-nice times. You get that 60' down and you'll be in the 13s.

But then you won't be stock! But for roughly 100 bucks you could probably gain 2-3 1/0ths. Get or make a vias blockoff plate ($36 or free), filter/velocitystack/midpipe for a cheap SRI, Remove entire exhaust (30min-1 hour removal/install with tools) or unbolt it before the cat and put one bolt back on opposite sides so your Y-pipe is totally open.
