I think we have forgot to include an important thing- track elevation and less importantly track material. Usually this info can be found at the track's website. For starters, the track I race at Cecil County Dragway in Maryland is 320 ft elevation, asphault track with a 550 foot concrete launch pad.

Both of you guys bring up the importance of elevation and weather and it really does make a BIG difference. I wish it was displayed on the timeslip. Our track is just over 700 feet and I would like to try one at sea level to see the diff.

I usually record the temp and % humidity (I have a small digital combo) but I don't have a barometer yet so will have to get one for my tool box.

That sux that alot of you guys dont have a weather station at your drag strip. At mine, it displays Time, Date, Absolute Barometer, Temperture and Rel. Humid.

BTW that was an awesome link. This is what I put in. I used my fastest data from the "hot" day, and then entered data in from another night that was cooler. This is what I got.
