There's no way you can run boost on an engine with 200K miles, you'll destroy just about every gasket and seal in the damn thing, not to mention anhiliate your transmission.

If you had the engine and transmission completely rebuilt and just used stock parts, you should be able to get away with 5-8 psi safely. Go with performance parts and you may be able to get up to 15 psi. That's just an educated guess, as I don't know of anyone who's actually done the turbo mod. I know that it's been done before, as I've seen a turbo 2nd gen for sale on ebay, so it is possible

I have no idea what you're talking about with the "gas conversion" thing. What the hell is petrole? So I can't answer your question about running turbo with whatever gas you've got, as I don't have a clue as to what you're talking about.

I heard of that conversion from europe, I guess it's cheaper that way. Basically the car runs on the same gas like you use for your stove or grill. Am I right? You can find a lot of info by using the search function.
