hi does anyone know anything about the vg20det maxima available as an import in australia i'm looking at buying one but don't want to get stung. i can't find anything on it (i'm new to the net so that might be my problem) so any help is appreciated.

Well, what year are you looking at? If its in Australia, the one that you may find there would be the Bluebird with a VG20ET maybe. I would do a lot of searching to find out if it does exist if I were you.

hey mate how are you ...? i have had two of these maximas first one was a dud simply because i had a boost controller installed by jerks who i wont name ...second had alot of potential but was auto so never stuffed with it ... and now i have a ferrari kit car that has the VG20DET with intercooler aftermarket turbo and it goes very hard for a 2lt .. my car is only 830kg with me in it too tho ... but yes they are awesome engines ... nothing online about then at all .. and most people think that the VG20DET version is a myth but i have one so they cant be lol .....
