i would just like to know if there is a way i can hook up my laptop to the cars computer
if there is what do i need to do it and what can i find it

why would you want to do this? what kind of information are you wanting to find out? You can read the codes from the computer without doing this. Even if you could do it, its not like you would be able to change any of the parameters in the cars computer.
