not exactly a L.E.D. taillight mod

I went to the junk yard and pulled a power antenna out of a third gen...I figure it would go right in....nope. Well after drilling the fittings out and and getting the antenna in I plugged in the electrical harness to the botton of the antenna housing. So I take off to richmond (hour and a half from my house) to go watch the superbowl with some friends....well during the day I realize that my taillights are not working and my cars elecrical system is acting funky...so I figured it had to do with the harness being different on the second and third gens...so I did the only thing I could think of at the time inorder to get lights in the rear of my car....I put Glow Sticks in the housings....to make a long story short they were not very bright but I got back on the interstate and made it all the way back home...when a state trooper pulled me over at my house for not having any lights on in the back of my car...and I asked him "You cant see my Glow Sticks"?....anyway I got a $50 ticket....just letting everyone know that you may want to go with a LED taillight mod rather than the glow stick mod

lol! That sucks Carson. Hope you get the light situations figured out. I'd check your fuses, you could of just blown one or something.

I got it all figured out...I had to plug the second gen relay back in, and everything worked fine (other than blowing two taillights when plugging it back in)...but I have it all fixed now, I just thought it was a funny story.
