I need to replace my 'In vehicle temp. sensor' Auto Climate
Well, I got the 1987 Maxims FSM and determined the cause of my malfunctioning heat controls via self diagnostics mode on the Auto Climate system.
The little fan that sucks the air in through the vents on the premium sound system silver strip above the cigarette lighter outlet has gone bad. It no longer spins.
$112 at the dealers for the sensor. Is there anywhere I can get a new one not at the dealer. Maybe junkyards, but none in NH have an 87 Maxima.
