super rich warms to super lean

ok so i was at work and there wasnt any thing to do do i decided to clean out the engine bay a bit....i took this stuff at work called scrub free (its awsome stuff) and had at the trouble spots...used no water....get done, shut the hood get in to start it to move it into the wash bay to do my wheels and the rest of the car and i start it and its really rough, idleing below 500rpm, black exhaust, and it kinda loped when i gave it some gas and would not go over 2000Rpm (like the MAF was unplugged but it was in and its been replaced)....so crap, it did this once before my timing belt broke when i took a pressure washer to it, i just had to wait till everything was equal temp and then it was fine so i try that....come back, still doing it....i leave it running while i wash it outside it warms up and it runs fine and it'll go past 2000Rpm but when it idles it misses ALOT....i call up pop to follow me home and while i drive it its got no power like it super lean....so i am friggin stumped

fuel pump is working, TPS is new, maf has been replaced, filters have been changed recently, no leaks, no harsh use recently, not over due on oil, all fluids full, everything is plugged in and dry...so what the hell?

This could be a couple things:

Vacuum leak
FP isn't working or isn't getting vaccum
Ignition coil is on the frits
CHTS is bad

I'd check at least some of that out.
