I recently bought the intake, injectors, fuel rails and injectors from an 87 max. I got it so I could port the manifold and sell it. I noticed immediately that the top ports are larger than those of the 300zx. They were even bigger than mine, which are already ported and polished.

Anyway, I figured I'd clean the injectors and sell them on Ebay. I need to know the specs on them, though...preferably in terms of lb/hr and cc/hr. Please email me...I don't check here often.

ALso...anybody wanna buy a ported intake? And for those with a turbo, I make a customized plenum that I believe will give 20hp. Dyno results will be in before too long. Email me for info...

The fuel injectors are the same as the NA Z31's are. Now are you serious about the top ports (I assuming your talking about the intake manifold) are bigger than the ones for the Z31T? I could check the part# on both intake manifold and intake collector gaskets to verify this.

how much do you want for the intake? did you port it yourself? im interested so hit me back!

Actually, the maxima intake isn't ported yet. I will port it and sell it, however.

I'll sell it for $85 (inc shipping). I know it's not really cheap, but the main expense is the time. It takes quite a while to port and polish them.

If you're expecting huge gains from porting, you'll be disappointed. An old 350 Chevy may gain a lot from it, but a nissan has much better castings and leaves little room for improvement. I would suggest only porting if you will have the parts off already.

I have also modified an intake plenum for my Z. It's a turbo and it makes a HUGE difference in power. I dont' know what it will do on a maxima or na Z. Email me and i'll send you details and pics.
