Im wanting to get a small like 6 inch high wing.I dont think it would look bad but I was wondering what yall thought.Im painting the end peices to match the car... or

 

I feel shame that I even thought about how a wing would look on my Maxima. If I need any downforce I will make a custom spoiler for the truck lid like the BRE spoiler that was used on the BRE 240Z.
I would only put on one that was designed for the car, as standard urethane or metal (yuck) wings look really bad.

 

How does a wing look good on these cars? Did you watch the Fast and the Furious within the last 48 hours?

Well as amatter of fact ,Naw just kidding but some wings do look pretty good...

 

Wings is what planes have. Wings are for the F1 cars that go 200+ mph and actually use the downforce. A 1988 Maxima does not need a wing...doesn't need the downforce...and in no way looks good.

These cars should only go as far as the simple lip spoiler IMHO or the spoiler from the Bluebird Legran. They keep with the lines of the car and actually look good.

same with bodykits, if you get a body kit to change how your car looks its almost always gonna look like ****, if you get one that improves upon the styling already there you usually ge a winner

I don't think it would look very good, but it doesn't really matter what we think, it's what you think will look good on your car. The smaller and more stock appearing the better IMO.

well ill tell you im not a big fan of the ricing , but ill tell you one thing a f40 style , Spoiler looks nice on the older bmws that are boxy , But for it to look any good for us , We would have to get a body kit like the kalimari one , Now im telling you right there , Whew , I just got a hardon , Any ways The f40 style , The have diffrent sizes So just take a look.

Well It could be , Matters on what you did to your car ,personaly my cars really not as fast as you can make it , If you did alot of work to this car , Weight reduc , Maybe Motor swap from eather a tur z , With Jdm heds , The works Every thing cust , This can can be really fast , But depending on weather or not you want to run on pure acohol , Or not its up to you ... Haha just playing with you about the pure acohol , Please do not run your car on that. I mean Its just me but , that f40 spoiler would look awsome , Its what ever your pref is man , Pick what you want dont pick what we think is rice / Ugly or not. Its your car , And we dont want you ending up paying 300 dollars for a spoiler making you think it will make your car faster when it wont. No matter what you put on your car im assuming you have not many mods done , It wont make it faster. SO dude , Pick what you want dont let us Judge on what you should get.

NM... Sarin I just saw your Home Page for your Volvo 960. Those are HID's. Cant afford that yet. On a side note. I just scooped up some 17x7 ADR SZ1's for the 4th gen. Only paid 250 bucks off of ebay since they are being discontinued. Couldnt beat that deal. Also, plans are in for an RSB, CAI and maybe a Y-pipe, lowering springs and Im not decided on the illuminas or AGX's. Hopefully within the next month or two. If not, then more close to Maxus 06.
