My 87 Maxima
My 87 Maxima
Paid 350.00 for it, now fixing minor bumps and odds and ends.
Runs great, nice and quiet, need to put a new Cat and muffler on her.
Any ideas on which exhaust to run?
Work I have done on the interior.

New back seat head rest install.

Will add new ones as I progress along. Plan on one color, probably grey.
Closest match to our interior color is Sequioa paint color.

Other than the driver side door vinyl door panel, the rest came with the car.
I disasembled eac door panel, primed and sprayed with a color called Ladera.
The seat back I got from the wrecking yard (Ecology) $11.50 and painted it myself.

Project my future? Ok if you mean my future plans, well here goes.
I want to keep my interior stock other than a cd unit 6 speakers, changing the steering wheel to a Grant type. Tint the windows, would like 18 inch rims, but will settle for 17s if 18's will rub. Lower the car 1 1/2 in front and 1 inch in the back. Some kind of AirIntake. Engine mods, not really sure, thats where you guys in the group come in. Want it dependable, and some power when I need it. Thought about pulling heads from another Maxima and having them polished and ported. A new power antena, the short kind.
Paint will be a deep grey, losing the two tone look.
