VG question
well i got a VG but its in a 85 300zx 5spd non turbo t tops
its been sitten for 6+ years, it runs but not good
ive got it tore down, no intake valve covers so fourth
plans
headers, full exhaust
16in electric fan
bypass EGR AAR BCCD, Carbon Canister, throddle body coolent
using the PP intake gasket sopposed to transfer less heat
good tune up NGK g power ACCEL 8.8 mm wires, mabey a good coil, thermostat, hoses, gaskets
get a full black interior
anyway, ive come to a halt
2 studs on each side are broken off, i dont think i can drill them out , im wanting to pull the heads and take em somewhere to get drilled out and clean them up really good.
im pretty sure i can get heads off with no problem, its just getting them back on is a lil trickey
i know to clean both surfaces really good, use a new head gasket of course
i know to torque them in a specific order and to be carefull
i want to check compression b4 and after to make sure its ok
anything else?? im planning to pull them tommorow around 3 pm lol
ill get some picks , i really wanna get it running
its gonna sound nice, headers y pipe, strait to Flowmaster, no cat no egr

Should have the head checked for warpage, also check the head surfaces on the block as well. Have you done a compression test already? New gaskets, everywhere, new vaccum lines everywhere, might need to CHTS and MAF.
