I'm glad you posted this, because I was wondering the same thing, but more along the lines of adjusting it. I saw a link somewhere once, but I had been drinking and forgot.

 

Never had to clean them, usually adjust. For the FICD, I imagine you can unbolt and clean it out really good with throttle body cleaner. You might need to replace the gasket that mates to the IM. As for the AAV, those usually have the shutter fail. You can do the mod to fix it, or just replace it.
