some progress
some progress
made some progress on my 1st gen this weekend. mostly just interior work. I did rebuild my master cylinder pretty much, new brake pads and rotors, wheels bearings, brake lines, and wheel studs, but that's all unintresting regualar maintence type stuff, I actually took some pics of the interior work I did (more intresting, and worth posting imo) . I got some seat covers put on to hold me over til do a hardbody bench seat swap (for cruiser feel), recovered my original dashmat, took the entire interior out, stripped the carpet (old, original, smelly, stained, etc etc..) rolled out some generic replacement carpet, pre-cut, fitted, some final cutting, and interior re-installation . here's how it came out:

edit : oh, new matching black floor mats as well.

yup, light grey / brown-soda-stains lol
yeah, the light grey was a pretty popular option for the sedans I think, that's what all of them have been that I have seen...I have seen A silver one w/ BLUE..... I have seen a few wagons with the red interior, and the brown... what all colors were available?
