My MAXIPAD DONE FINALLY.

Hey guys and gals... been hanging around looking at different post and others cars while i was completing my maxipad wagon... well just about 90% done and thought i'll share some pics with y'all, now i know everybody taste is each there own and this is my taste, hope you like it and if you had any question let me know and see if i can help you wih your "pad".

Here whats stuffed in her......
1. L28 F54 block.
2. N42 Head.
3. Schneider Racing Cam
4. 40 weber carb into a drawthru turbo.
5. Huge 10.1 wires.
6. 8 pound lighten aluminum flywheel.
7. stock clutch.
8. 83 5 speed 280zx tranny.
9. 4:38 open diff.
10. Rear disk brakes.
11. 4 way slotted rotors.
12. 17 polished Rota wheels.
13. NRG detach wheel with lock hub.
14. Top of the line VIPER.
15. Complete LED interior lights.
16. LED (NOT HID) Headlights.
17. Solex locks.
18. Camber plates.


There much more but i can't remember it all but what next is my JDM Flairs, and window tint.

BTW: i brought it out of a juckyard....stripped and brought it back to what i like.

I hope to keep those who love these cars going and not stopping on your dream plans...

The exhaust is 2 1/2 inch mandrel bend into a FLOWMONSTER Black Cherry
exhaust into a 45 out the passenger side.

To each his own, as you said. But have to admit, dropping in that Z motor north and south sure makes for a much friendlier engine bay than our E/W V6's...

Very surprised, in some of the trim levels in early Maximas that a tach wasn't standard...

Which hub adapter did you use for your steering wheel? and do your signals still cancel??

chrome91: No what you use to convert to disk rear is 1982-83 200sx axles and brake calipers and rotors and 1980-86 720 diff.

Awesome job. I really like this car. One thing id do though is switch to an electric fan. Getting rid of that parasitic drag would free up a few hp. Otherwise I'm a fan.
