rb20DET swap

im just beginning to price out a rb20det swap for my 82 maxima, as the l24e is tired at 250k+ miles (odometer broke at 250k), can i expect to run into significant issues with engine fitment or anything else? i have a fab shop at my disposal so im not too concerned with a lot of things

also, anyone know if this swap or a similar rb swap has ever been done to a first gen maxima?

the car is 40 yrs old not sure if any advice can be offer but call around local mech shop, expect to pay a ton of money to make some kind of mod or fabrication. A lot of shop don't bother with a lot of imports, mostly do old classic cars as domestics. Good luck on the searching for a shop who can do.

i don’t need a shop, I’m doing the swap myself at my own shop, like I said I have a friend who has a fab shop who can make the engine mounts, one guy did it a decade ago and it seems there should be no fitment issues and the engine mounts should line up in a similar way
