Hi all,
Recently a friend of mine bought a 1986 Nissan Maxima SE that is going to require a lot of work, and we thought it'd be a good opportunity to learn some of the ins and outs. Unfortunately, finding information and parts online has been difficult because nobody, not even Nissan itself or any of the dealers in our area, know about how to service it.
Does anyone have any digital service manuals or other resources? Any would be appreciated.

Haynes manuals for them are still floating around on Ebay and other places, it would cover '85-'91 which is all years of 2nd gen and first 3 years of 3rd gen

this is where I got mine for 1987 maxima and it's very useful since it is the factory repair since the Haynes or Chilton doesn't even cover it.
