GI: Polished Valve Cover

Here is just a teaser shot of one of the polished valve covers that I'm working on. I will be making a few, and selling them. Just curious to see if anyones interested. Many hours are put into these, they are cleaned, bead blasted, then polished from 400 Grit all the way to 2000 Grit. I finish them off with a Jewelers Polishing Cloth and some 3M Polishing Compound. The last stage, to protect them from corrosion and oxidization is 5 coats of (High Temp) Clear Coat.

I'm just getting started on this one, it's only to the 600 Grit stage.

Let me know what you think!

Looks good. I would love one that's powdercoated. What price range are you looking at?

I'm not sure on price yet, won't be too much. Also, I'm gonna be getting some stickers as well. All the bolts for it have also been bead blasted to a metal finish.

Would you consider doing this with the intake manifold for the VG engines? If so, how much?

I'm actually just doing valve covers right now, the Intake Manifold would be alot more work by hand, plus with shipping and the weight, it would be a hassle.
