Everyone,

Another comparison picture... on the left a new, stock shift boot on a Lancer Evo. On the right, the RedlineGoods version, additionally shorter to acommodate the installed short shifter kit better than the stock boot ever can:

If you like the right side better, here's a 10% discount code you may find useful: Q63F560TF9H - Valid through July 3rd!

Also, we have added PINK THREAD to our color portfolio:

We'll post more pictures as soon as they become available. This shade of pink is a perfect match to the STI logo we all are familiar with.

Have a great weekend,
Maciek

Oh, cool! I'll be buying one when you offer it! I just recently bought another 3rd gen that has leather and it's all in great shape except the armrest cover and the shiftboot, so I'll be getting those from you guys when it's available

Wow, that looks great, and now that I think of it I remember seeing that armrest cover in Maximan190s thread recently. Since I recognized the shift boot cover and e-brake cover as being your covers, I assumed the armrest cover was too and that it was available. Then I tried to order one and saw it wasn't listed and was quite confused as to where Maximan190 got his!

But it all makes sense now, it just wasn't official for the masses until now!

My armrest has a big chunk missing out of the foam. I was going to to just re-skin the armrest from my blue Maxima but then I'd be out an armrest.

Where do you get the foam used in the write-up? Or is it literally just that expanding household foam that we all know and love?

yeah its actually that foam in a can from home depot etc. I had to hit it with foam about 2-3 times (2-3 times of foaming/drying/trimming/sanding) to get the cavity filled and get it flush as even as i could

Hi all,

we get many requests for shift boots customized for Hurst shifters, where you want the polished shift lever bearing the Hurst logo visible. We've always been happy to acommodate such requests and now we've gone a step further.

Find below a picture of our version of the HURST B4 shift boot. If your car needs that particular Hurst shift boot... why not get our leather instead of their rubber accordeon thing? I'm sure your interior won't mind.

Here's the new 10% discount code you may find useful: A63P5HM6U51 - Valid through July 17th!

Hi all,

Black leather, red stripes. One of my very favorite color combinations and a good illustration of what I've been repeating whenever asked: small color differences don't really matter for the overall effect especially when the mis-matched parts of our boots are thread, stripes or piping - ie. very small areas. You tend to notice they match the interior nicely but only close scrutiny would reveal the color match is imperfect).

Hello everyone,

Fantastic idea below. Our STRIPES finishing type with the stripes kept in the same color as the main panels. Since there is much more stitching than normally, it goes a long way towards making that stitching really stand out, without making it look too busy.

Hi,

Most of you already know (I hope), but perhaps it would make sense to remind it... As you can see below, we are THE SOURCE of customized solutions as far as shift boots and other interior accessories go.
Below: a Mustang GT 05+ with a Hurst short shifter with a specially modified boot (so that the polished Hurst shifter remains visible - the stock boot ends right under the shift ****) and custom, 3-colored stitching.

Here's a 10% discount code you may find useful: 63I7CIS23I6 - Valid through September 12th!

Hi guys,

LOTS of changes on our website. We've SLASHED OUR PRICES for older (pre-90) cars. We have made the ordering form easier to fill out. We have provided an easy mechanism for finding the pics for your make and model (click the ORDERING link to narrow down by make and then model). We are very excited about those changes and looking forward to whatever comments you may have about them!

We don't show off our Dark Green thread too often. Here it is though:

Today's 10% discount code: 638T8WF3N9A - Valid through Friday, October 30th!

Take care

Hello everyone,

Another example of how important it is to get a shortened **** boot if you're purchasing a short shifter, which is a service RedlineGoods provides at a very modest surcharge.

Here's a sample of the 08+ Impreza STI with the Kartboy short shifter and respectivelly shortened RedlineGoods shift boot in black perforated leather:

Not likely I'm afraid. Our shop is located in Europe, shipping costs would make this too expensive with big items

We might buy an upholstery shop in the US though precisely for that purpose... Working on it for quite some time now.

Hi guys,

thos of you that either have, had or just drove an Acura TL might see that there's something iffy about this armrest cover:

Yes, there is. It has been padded - and the owner has some good things to say about this idea!

The armrest cover for the Acura TL turned out substantially better than I could have imagined. Mine is the medium gray color with charcoal accent stripes and matching stitching. I got mine with the 6/8" padding, which is more than ample. The comfort of this vs. the stock padding is amazing. The leather is top quality as well. The color very nicely complements the interior of my car (Quartz color from Acura). I would highly recommend getting one of these covers as a fantastic upgrade of the interior of this car. I had mine installed on the factory plastic pan of the armrest by a professional car upholsterer for $40 - it is worth every penny. RedlineGoods.com is a great company with great products. Maciek made the whole process very easy and is more than willing to answer any questions. I have done my shifter boot and emergency brake boot on my MR-2 as well and have been very pleased with those products as well.

Bob Frank of Westhampton, NJ

We offer padding as an option for majority of our armrests - just specify the height of padding on the order form. If you'd like it for your car, but our website won't let you order it, please email or PM me and we'll work with you to design a padded armrest for your car (and elbow!)

Meanwhile, here's the new 10% discount code: D7T016NJ5E7 - valid through Friday, February 19th!

Hi everyone,

RedlineGoods and TWM Performance are working together to bring you the most complete shifting solutions on the market. From short shifters, through shifter bushings, shift boots and shift *****, you can now purchase all these products conveniently via the RedlineGoods website.

Your shifter is the part of the car you interact with the most on a daily basis. Why settle for long throws and an awkward appearance? TWM Performance short shifters offer a far more precise and direct feel to enhance your overall driving experience more dramatically than any other performance part. You'll find yourself wondering how you ever drove with your stock shifter and every run through the gears will remind you that TWM short shifters rank among the very best performance mods for the money available anywhere!

Here's the new discount code: 7WPW02D478P - Valid through Friday, March 26th! This will give you 10% off on shift boots and other leather accessories from RedlineGoods.

While placing your order, please also paste this code: STUDY388 in the comments field on the order form. You will receive a 5% discount on all TWM products purchased via RedlineGoods! This discount will be applied retroactively (after you place your order, we will send a partial refund the same way you will have paid for your order).

Have a great weekend,
Maciek

PS. And if TWM doesn't offer a short shifter for your car, why not give them a call? If you let them use your ride as a guinea-pig, you'll get the shifter FREE.
