FS: Place racing Ram pipe and OEM clutch cover

Ok, I have these two items and have no use for them...

Place racing pipe. $ 20.00

OEM Brand new clutch cover for 90. never opened. $50 OBO.

This is OBO...I want it GONE!

I am interested in the clutch cover for sure. I'm in the middle of a 5spd swap and had to abruptly quit last weekend because of needed parts. Would you take $50 shipped? It looks like it will be $15-20 for shipping alone as it is heavy indeed. Please let me know what you think whenever convenient so we can gert it going if a deal is possible. Thanks

Hard to see from the picture, but does the CAI pipe only have that one (almost 90 degree) bend? I bought a used place racing CAI kit, the midpipe fits perfect but the lower pipe has a slight second bend in it in another direction that makes it fit incorrectly in my car - it forces the whole piping assembly to cash into the battery
