Man I can't believe it. I sit there and watch your old youtube videos all the time (including last night) watching you have so much fun at +145mph and intake roar. I'd take this off your hands except I have one of Aaron's kit that I've already port matched. Matter of fact I have his ported out exhaust manifolds.

Your best bet of a probable sale would be Augustus Max, James 92SE or CliffCalvin. The only ones I know besides myself who would appreciate this and drop money on something as such. Gl!

What are you gonna do? Get another or leave peacefully like the rest?

My buddy bought a 5.5 recently. I think hes on here already, not sure if he has posted anything yet. I gave him my 5th gen FSTB.

Was your car a non ABS? I would love to ****** those headlights but I'm tapped on cash.

 

Oh and if you like the VE then you'll LOVE the VQ35. VE with about 3 kicks to it. Especially if you get a 6spd. Plenty for sale. I need another 3.5 motor for mine

5.5gens are 6 speeds 5th gens are 3L 5spd

I meant if you got an auto over manual. How much for wheel speed sensors?(the plug n play cord from hub back to ABS module) That and the Airbag sensor (spiral cable thing).

 

I hate to say it, but I think I am through modding my Maxima. I am highly considering some type of BMW coupe (M3) or convertible as my next project.

I am looking for a good used performance clutch, though. My other one lasted 7 years and maybe 15k miles. haha

 

Well hey... I have my SPEC Stage 1 Clutch & HD Pressure plate still istalled. Ill be taking the tranny out maybe this weekend if I get too bored chillin at home. The car has the Stillen Flywheel also. I really want to say I put about 10k miles or so on the clutch & flywheel.

Nope. Just disconnect the battery,unplug and unbolt the airbag from steering wheel. Yeah I've known for a fact that your car was a VE5spd. I meant that comment for the VQ35de (5.5 gen). Just let me know how much for the wheels sensors and airbag sensor (spiral cable thing attached to back of steering wheel behind airbag). If you need a pic of what I'm talking about let me know so I can send them to you.

Alright the airbag sensor is called a clock spring. This is it.
Just remember when taking it off to watch out because it can open up and unwind. Then you'd have to wind it back up and align the marks.

 

The ABS wheel sensor looks like this.


As you can see they are quick disconnect. I need all 4. One is the front and the other is the rear.

Yeah they'd be a PITA probably due to the fact that they've never been removed since they were put on back when she was made.

I got a non oil burning 5.5th 6mt, torque monster. I might need a driver side rear lens (I fuucked up) for the VE. Been throwin cash as fast as I can get it at the Z31. Getting ready to go see Capedcadaver for some stuff he's holdin for me .

I am on the verge of getting another 3rd gen Maxima, this one being a '92 VE5, so if you will hold them a little bit I would love to have dibs on the intake stuff. I also would like to get the stage I clutch and flywheel but I may not be able to do both. Which one would you recommend first and what is the price on the clutch/ flywheel? Thanks.

Is the tranny LSD or non-LSD. What condition and how many miles? Any ISB or TOB issues? Thanks.

 

Tranny was from a junkyard @ 114k miles (LKQ Melbourne, FL)
VLSD
The miles should be around a 125k range. (The VTC blew about 18 months later)

ISB and TOB is all good. (The ISB blew up on my old tranny)

 

Just a quick look at the usual part out parts.
