I got mine on ebay. Another place to check is the ads on http://www.240sx.org (go to links/classified). All I needed was a 19mm socket (to remove the nut) and a little wiggling to pull the wheel off.

If you guys want a 240 steering wheel I think that I can get one for ya. My friend has a 240 and its black. He once asked me if I wanted it because I was looking for a new wheel. I'm sure he would let it go for pretty cheap. Its in great shape too. Just let me know if you guys want it or not. I'll ask him how much he wants for it.

Actually if I remember I really dont think he has cruise controll because its a five speed. I'm going to give him a call right now to see what he says. I'll get back to you guys about it.

5spds have cruise control too. They just have another thing so that when you press the brake or clutch, it turns off the cruise.

Yeah I'm aware of the fact that you can still get a car with cruise controll with a 5-speed. I just remember him saying something about not having it. I believe that a lot of cars dont have it as an option on 5-speeds even though it can be done. Even if he doesnt have it on the wheel there is a way that you could customize it if you guys are creative.
