i already did a search so no flaming please. Nobody has really touched on this subject. It really looks ugly imo how the corners dont match the headlights. So basically the purpose of this post is to find out if there is any hope for us 3rd genners...i was hoping maybe a quick fix involving the swap of bulbs...lemme know what's up...

Look around. Most cars have parking lights that's considerably dimmer & yellower than the headlights. Those with HID headlights are even worse, their parking lights look so yellow and dim. Don't know why the engineers don't engineer the parking lights to match the headlight. Maybe it's due to US gov't requirement?

If you want your lights to match just get hyprewhites for the corners and cut one of the prongs off the side. you will lose the corning light function but it wont matter because the corner lights will be bright the whole time

1. headlight lenses are glass, corner lights are plastic.
that's why they don't look the same in the daytime.

2. halogen headlight filaments are 40/55W stock, and can go higher. they glow MUCH hotter and brighter (whiter) than a whimpy 11/27W incandescent (regular filament) lightbulb in your corner lense.
two completely different types of bulbs and lenses, so they look completely different.

do the corner light rewire and they will look better. not a 100% match but much better. check craig b's website for instructions on how to do this. it only takes about 5-10 minutes to do and it looks much better.

Which hyperwhites are recommended for the corners to match the front?
I have bluevision headlights... I know that many people use PolarG in their parking lights.. is this the best match we can get at stock wattage?
