What do you use to color the grey area on clear corners?

that sounds like a good idea. I was going to do it with a can of krylon and clear coat, but I wasn't sure if i'd screw up anything ;p.

Well originally I bought black trim paint from the auto parts store. This started to wear off like when I washed my car & sprayed the corners with the hose or with just everyday normal every day wear & tear. Then I tried the sharpies pen to cover up the spots that came off. Then this rubbed off. What I have found to work the best is the Marks A Lot Permanent markers. This doesn't wear off & coveres up the spots completely.

Try sanding the grey area first

Dont know which grit sandpaper to use, something with many grits per sq in. A primer before the paint will help but not needed. I used the sandpaper but no primer and the color has not come off yet, it's been over a year.

400 grit paper or higher is what you should use
