Attack of the Stock Maxima: Comparison pictures of my interior swap!

Here's what my car originally looked like: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/rbloedow/index.htm

Here it is now, after the interior swap: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/rbloedow/index2.htm

I clayed and waxed my car today, so I decided to take some pics of it

My next goal is to get the windows tinted (light mirror tint), and get a new muffler (nothing loud, because I find that VERY annoying ).

But, that'll have to wait until after tomorrow, because I'm going to have my transmission fluid flushed. I'm starting to see some dark deposits in the fluid (but no filings). They aren't actually gonna flush it, since they generally don't do it on higher mileage cars, they said they were gonna do it another way (I forgot what it's called).

Thanks!

I'm also trying to decide on rims. I really want to use 4th gen rims, but I think they might look funny on my car...

yeah, definitely 5th gen ones, they look kind of nice without being sporty which is good for a GXE

if you want a sportier, more aggressive look, the 97-99SE are the way to go

j/k they both look great on our cars, either way you'll be happy with the results, even 95-96SE/97-99GLE "sawblade" rims like Da-Max has look nice on our cars and helps them look more modern

nice job on the interior swap, it looks a lot cleaner now
is that a wetokole seat cover? looks nice, but I'm not sure about the pattern

Yea, I know it sucks! I had to get one. I work at Papa John's Pizza, and when I get off of work I am covered in all kinds of ****. With the burgundy color, you couldn't tell if anything got on it, but with my new tan interior, everything shows up. I'm not too fond of the pattern, but for 6 bucks, you can't beat it!

nice work, looks clean, I could do the exact swap you did but I want my Momo Sportcross series seats, and a Black Leather back seat to replace my cloth Charcoal ones sometime down the road after a fresh paint job, clutch kit, flywheel install, and so on!

If I were to ever come across tan leather, I'd have to do another swap

Ph, BTW, I also need a new steering wheel, incase anyone is selling one

as fro the steering wheel, I have a SRS airbag Sttering wheel if you have an Airbag, or go to www.car-part.com and search for the parts, there are always seats and other stuff.

Huge improvement on the interior. I'm going to replacing my seats with leather ones as soon as I can find an acceptable set for the right price.

I am bored so I did some photoshopping to your maxima. Basically just tinted the windows, added some wheels, lowered it, and shaved the corner lights and licence plate mounts.

That ride looks tight. I like how it looks with shaved corner lights. What rims did you use?
