Alright I just helped my friend and fellow org member install his new wsp cold air intake. Everything went fine, it started just fine after we installed it and everything. But 25 minutes later when he tried to start it, the car wouldn't start. And he said that he had a problem getting the keys out of the cars ignition. From what he said the little button wouldn't depress, but after wiggling the key, and waiting 5 minutes he got it out. So the question is what made his battery do that?

It's a 93 se, any suggestions would be helpful.

well, when my CAI was installed, my car was doing some crazy things. My door locks weren't working when I pushed the button. I waited about 20 minutes after all that and started it back up and all was fine. I think it might have something to do with the stock alarm and the battery being plugged in.

 

hey bud. thanks so much for the install and the post for me. i got my battery jumped and now its fine. i think my cai doesnt sound good b/c we had to cut that one silicon tube thing. i went to autozone today afterwards but the biggest tubing that they had was 2 inch. im gonna stop by home depot and get it from there hopefully. thanks again...
